Founder of Stapleton Redevelopment Foundation and The Foundation  Sam Gary

Sam established the Stapleton Redevelopment Foundation in 1990 and has served as the lead advocate of his dream to build a new community at Stapleton that would stop the spread of urban sprawl and develop seamless connections to the airport’s neighborhoods.  Sam and his company have contributed several million dollars to the redevelopment of the old Stapleton airport.  Sam has been in the oil business for over 50 years, and recently sold their very successful business Gary Williams Co.  He now leads the Gary Community Investment Co. and the Piton Foundation continuing his generous philanthropic efforts of over 35 years of giving back to the Denver metro community.  Sam is a resident of South Metro Denver.
