Leslie Joseph is the Director of Administration and Operations for the Stapleton Foundation for Sustainable Urban Communities. A Foundation employee since 2002, Ms. Joseph oversees the daily activities and initiatives associated with managing the organization’s business operations, including human resources, rental operations, information technology support, and preparation of all Foundation correspondence.

Additionally, Ms. Joseph serves as the key support person to the Stapleton Foundation Board, senior staff and Transportation Management Association. Responsibilities associated with this role include coordinating logistics and materials for board meetings, maintaining legal documents and records archives, and administrative oversight of state and federal grants awarded to the Foundation.


Prior to Ms. Joseph joining the Stapleton Foundation, she was an executive administrator with KDC Architects Engineers, reporting directly to the firm’s president and chief executive officer.  She and her husband, Rick, are the parents of three adult children and thoroughly enjoy their role as grandparents. A California native, Ms. Joseph appreciates all aspects of nature and is an avid gardener. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in public administration at the University of Colorado - Denver.
